When money comes out of the sea onto land, it doesn’t just go into real estate and hotels.
For those who don’t know, shareholders of the historic industry known by the Dur brand that once competed directly with giants like Lacoste and Fred Perry.
The Patras-based company, which has been facing significant financial problems in recent years, issued a convertible bond loan of 2.1 million. euros which was covered by Cosmos Developments, a real estate construction and exploitation company, whose chairman and CEO is Nikos Bakos and vice chairman is Alexandra Kaumenaki, children of Dimitris Bakos and Yannis Kaumenakis respectively.
