It also scares parents who prefer not to know that their newborn baby is a carrier of a rare disease for which there may be no cure. The question is, why did the government decide so decisively on this challenge of science?<br> Because in a cold and technocratic response, the evaluation of the cost of public health is in favor of prevention since the cost of recovery is many times greater.<br> Is that all?
